• Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email booking voucher from us for you to redeem your ticket to visit the place
• Please present booking voucher or ticket on-site

Reservation

• Reservations can be made early to reserve the date the customer wants to go on vacation.
• Package availability can be referred to in the calendar section.
• The customer must book this package no later than 1 week before the customer's arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the booking has been made and the customer wants to cancel, they must contact us at least 3 weeks before the customer's arrival date. And we will return the full payment of the booking.
• If canceled at the last minute there will be no refund and full payment will be charged.
